The Children’s Rights and Business Atlas has been created by UNICEF and the Global Child Forum to help its users advance children’s rights across the world. UNICEF and Global Child Forum are equal contributors to this joint initiative. Users of the Children’s Rights and Business Atlas website (the “Site”) agree to comply with all of the following terms and conditions of use.
General Rules
By using the Site, you will be legally bound by these terms and conditions, and agree to comply with them in order to become and remain an authorized user of the Site.
We reserve the right, at our discretion, to change or modify any term or condition of this Site at any time. All changes and modifications will be notified to you by being posted on the Site, and it is your responsibility to read these changes and modifications. They will come into effect immediately upon being posted, and you will be deemed to have accepted them if you access the Site after that time. The date of the most recent revisions will appear at the bottom of this page. If these terms and conditions or any future changes or modifications are unacceptable to you, please do not use this Site.

Site Content
This Site provides data and materials, including manuals, workbooks, guides, and tools, that can be used to help businesses and industries assess potential and actual impacts on the lives of children and guides the integration of children’s rights into due diligence practices and procedures.
UNICEF owns and retains all rights in and to the code, the software, the design, functionality, and architecture of the Site, and the Global Child Forum is (except for UNICEF's own use) the exclusive licensee to such rights. UNICEF and the Global Child Forum reserve all copyrights to their respective materials on this Site, including but not limited to, their publications, photographs, media and graphic designs. Except where expressly stated, the materials on the Site represent the views of the respective authors and are not necessarily those of UNICEF or the Global Child Forum.
Please note that this Site and the content provided on this Site may contain materials, images, sounds and videos that are copyrighted or trademarked by third parties. Nothing in these Terms of Use limits or reduces a third party’s intellectual property rights. You may not post, modify, distribute, or reproduce in any way any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information belonging to others without obtaining the prior written consent of the owner of such proprietary rights. You are solely responsible for any violation of a third party’s intellectual property rights caused by your misuse of these materials.
The UNICEF and the Global Child Forum names and logos are the exclusive property of UNICEF and Global Child Forum respectively. They are protected under international and national laws. Privileges and Immunities
Nothing relating to these terms of use shall be deemed, express or implied, deliberate or inadvertent, a waiver of any of the privileges and immunities of the United Nations and its subsidiary organs under the Convention on the Privileges and Immunities of the United Nations, as adopted by the General Assembly of the United Nations on 13 February 1946, or otherwise.
